After several office and healthcare restroom projects experienced recurring maintenance issues with lower-grade sensor faucets — particularly false activations, inconsistent shutoff timing, and deteriorating finishes — we transitioned to the Commercial Matte Black touchless faucet across multiple commercial installations completed between 2023 and 2025.The operational improvement became clear within the first year of use. The infrared sensing system maintained accurate activation even during heavy traffic periods, while the digital plug-and-play microprocessor delivered much more stable flow timing than previous touchless systems we had maintained.
